Produced by the Honda Racing Service Center (HRSC) for 2 years, 1977 to 1978. This tiny giant was the choice and beginning of many racers that would become legends on the track. I bought this little racer 25 years ago and have never fired it up. It is believed to be one of the most original, minimal hours for break in, Honda production racers out there. Nestled in the fairing, rests an MT125R, 123 cc, 2-stroke, air-cooled single-cylinder, 6-speed, 26HP powerhouse. The tank and seat still has the factory gel coat with a 70’s style number and graphics painted on the fairing. It is believed to have never been raced as no safety wire is in place. There are absolutely no aftermarket parts installed. Front single disc brake, rear drum brake and on the back, as delivered, Showa look rear shocks. Mounted on the original rims are period racing tires with no hours to speak of. The hand levers still have the plastic coating with the age appropriate yellowing and the factory rubber coating still on the shifter. The factory stand, as shown, is included. This rare gem is race worthy, perfect for those parade laps or will adorn any office or living room. It comes with a California tittle only.
